Waitlist: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use these to run the waitlist, understand interest in a paid version (including whether you'd pre-order at A$59; no payment is taken), and send you emails about Get Paid NSW: launch news, pricing and Security of Payment tips. If you don't give an email address you can't join the waitlist, but you can still use the free tools.
Free tools: anything you type into the deadline calculator, claim builder, service log or quote follow-ups is stored only in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to us and we can't see it. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Waitlist details are stored by our email provider Kit (ConvertKit), which is based in the United States, so your information is held overseas. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
You'll get a confirmation email first, and you're only added once you confirm. Every email identifies us and has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe at any time, or email us, and we'll stop within 5 business days.
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist.
Email bobby@3y1a.com to access, correct or delete your details, or to complain. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
